All bookings made on TourSmile are delivered electronically. Once a booking is confirmed, the ticket or booking confirmation will be sent to the customer via email and may also be accessible through the user account on the website.
Booking confirmations are generally delivered instantly after successful payment and confirmation from the airline or service provider.
