At TourSmile, refunds and cancellations are processed according to the policies of the airline, hotel, or service provider associated with the booking.

Flight Bookings

Flight cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the airline fare rules. Some tickets may be non-refundable or may include cancellation charges.

Processing Time

Once a cancellation request is processed and approved, refunds are initiated. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within approximately 5–7 working days depending on the payment provider and bank processing timelines.

Service Fees

Any service fees or convenience fees charged by TourSmile may be non-refundable depending on the circumstances of the cancellation.

Refund Method

All refunds are processed back to the original payment method used during the booking.
